it was such a joyous day,

last week i received my little goodies in the mail from my dear friend chane' over at what the hart likes. i ordered a pillow case for me and a onesie for a baby gift. i was so delighted to get these precious handmade items. chane' is such a good little seamstress! i love the details.

check our chane's etsy shop. she sells all sorts of cute things like personalized towels, pillows, stationary, hand towels, and sweet little onesies :)

easter weekend

spring has sprung in the city!

we had a fabulous weekend filled with

friends, food, and fabulous weather.

saturday, we ventured over to the high

to see the picasso to warhol exhibit.

the exhibit was great and the high also featured

some really beautiful european art.

it made me want to go back to the british museum

and just sit for hours.

after the high, we headed to the park for a picnic with friends.

we brought some vino and cheese

from this adorable store called perrines -

amazing french treats!

after church today

we went to the fabulous empire state south

for a wonderful easter brunch. yum!

paradise getaway

i decided to utilize the amazing video option on my camera and capture our favorite vacation spot in america. boca grande, also known in our family as paradise, has been our getaway since i was in first grade. every time i leave i get sad and have to remember this is not good bye, just until next time...
