last weekend we went to atlanta for a wedding. it was one of the best weekends i have had in a long time. i'm not sure if i can really convey to you how much fun it was, but i'll try.instead of doing date night in auburn on friday, tyler surprised me by taking me to atlanta a day early. curious me asked "why the occasion?", to which he replied "it's just love your wife day". oh how i adore him. we stayed in a swanky mod hotel and dined at our favorite, el taco. can i just say, i love atlanta restaurants? auburn has one really good one. let me give you a hint- - it starts with an 'am' and ends in 'sterdams'. we tried to go there last night for date night, but it was an hour and a half wait, so we went elsewhere :( someone, please open another good restaurant in auburn!
anyways, back to the weekend.
hotel, twelve. it had a full kitchen and a beautiful view.saturday we apartment hunted, which was fun, exhausting, exciting, and surreal. in the months coming i'm sure i will be posting pics of our choice and then decorating pics. so crazy... i'll save my thoughts, feelings for when it is time.
saturday night was gina and adam's wedding. it was so beautiful and a ton of fun. look at how sweet they are!
