responsibility

i decided it was time for me to take care of a living thing

other than myself {and my hubby}.

so, off to home depot i went

to purchase 2 real plants.

here is one of them, a dumb cane.

i also bought a chinese evergreen {not pictured}.

before making my purchase,

i researched them and looked for

good indoor plants that help with air purification,

and these two were on the list!

so, there you have it.

i've got green babies.

hopefully they will last longer than

that dinky mini strawberry plant

{that i got for $1 at target}

who lost it's life one night in the wind.
